I was very nervous when starting to learn to drive a bus. I had never driven a bus in my life! But the training and instruction I got was excellent. The information and advice I got from Vincent during the lessons on the road, were very accurate, and he made me feel completely at home when driving the bus. Because of him I felt quite confident the day of the test, and so was delighted when I passed! with only one tick against me. I was absolutely delighted and really appreciated all the effort the Advance Drive Team gave to me. I would recommend them in a heart beat.

I went to Advance Drive for mini bus lessons and thankfully passed my test last Tuesday. I got held up on taking my test as Covid just came in when I had started with the lessons. I found Mike in the earlier lessons I took to be very good & helpfull and in the last few lessons I took with Gerry Burke I found him also very good & helpfull. I would strongly recommend them both if you want to sign up with Advance Drive. Aoife on reception is most helpfull in scheduling your lessons.

I just passed my Category D (Bus) with Advance Drive. Lee was excellent with providing me with enough knowledge needed to be a safe and competent road user (the very skills needed to pass the driving test). By test day, I could see my confidence soaring comparing the first day I got behind the wheel. I can honestly say I never went into a driving test as comfortable, relaxed and confident as I did today, all thanks to Lee's professionalism and experience.

Hi all. I passed my cpc bus practical walk around test today in galway.. I want to thank aoife and Carla at the desk in the office for setting all up for me..Thank to my instructor Dessie who went over everything before hand with me in the pouring rain.. his help assured me and put me at ease and gave me the confidence to do well and pass.. Just passed my rigid today! Had a great teacher Anton for most of it and Lee was great too. Can’t recommend advance drive enough, you can’t fail it with these guys. The girls in the office are on the ball and everything is made simple. I did the bus last year and have been working since I got the licence. Thank you to the guys, you’re all brilliant!
