Never drove a Category D vehicle before 2023. Six lessons later I passed the test. So, many thanks to PJ & Noel, along with the the inhouse team. Now it is up to me to hone the skills I've learned and continue to improve day by day.

I have just completed my "C" Truck Licence and passed on the first attempt, thanks to PJ Dunne who is a phenomenal Truck Driving Instructor: Also I had great support and assistance in preparing for my CPC practical. The structure of the lessons are second to none. I really like the fact that I had a pre test hour before my test on the day, which prepared me well and settled my nerves ! I cant thank PJ enough, and the Advance team, who were extremely accommodating when booking my lessons, which often had to be re-scheduled due to my work load. Passed my BE test first time after lessons with Noel. In space of a few lessons. I went from never having towed a trailer to being confident towing.

Passed my test first time for the c1 license with advance. Only started with them 4 weeks ago and got all my lessons and test done within the month. Serious set up and couldn't have had a nicer instructor, pj is mighty at his job and sound as a bell to top it off. Aoife and Ailbhe were brilliant in accommodating me aswell with dates and lessons. Serious crowd to go with and I'd recommend to anyone. 🙌

I would thoroughly recommend Advance Drive if you need to aquire a D bus license. I felt confident going into the test as Philip gave me good preparation and always managed to spot my faults. Driving around Galway by the sea was a pleasure much better than other locations I can think of. A great experience from a very good company.

I passed my C1 test today thanks to Dezzie. I have found the whole team at Advance Drive to be so professional and easy to deal with. The instructors are great, and Dezzie made sure I was as prepared as could be for the test and I passed first time. If/when I go for my minibus or towing license I will 100% be back at Advance Drive. Fantastic experience all around. Thanks!
