Today i passed the Bus test on my first attempt.I also passed the Artic on my first attempt too with Advance. I would like to thank all the Management and Staff for their help and advice over the last few weeks. They have always been very helpful, professional and patient in their approach with students like myself. The 2 girls at front of house were always very helpful with any problem that had to be sloved. A big thanks to Noel for the Artic and to Mike for the Bus. I think that Mike has trained everyone that drives a bus or truck around Galway as everyone in a bus or truck waves at him every time. It felt like I was driving Michael D around waving at everyone. A great experience and one that I wont forget. What a brilliant company with wonderful personnel and I would like to wish them all the best in the future. My driving lessons were disrupted by the recent health crisis, but once I joined up with Advance Drive and my instructor Martin, I flew through my remaining EDT's. Martin was a fantastic instructor and made me feel very comfortable getting back to driving as I was quite nervous. After a few lessons with him, my confidence grew leaps and bounds and with just three extra lessons after the essential ones, I passed my test the first time! Just passed my driving test. Could not have done it without the help and support of Advance Drive. My instructor, Adam, was fantastic. He had so much patience with me and never did I feel under massive pressure. He really helped me get to grips with areas I was having great dfficulty with. I went to Advance Drive for mini bus lessons and thankfully passed my test last Tuesday. I got held up on taking my test as Covid just came in when I had started with the lessons. I found Mike in the earlier lessons I took to be very good & helpfull and in the last few lessons I took with Gerry Burke I found him also very good & helpfull. I would strongly recommend them both if you want to sign up with Advance Drive. Aoife on reception is most helpfull in scheduling your lessons.

As an experienced driver with over 10 years experience in the US, I thought driving lessons were going to be a total waste of time. However, my experience working with Alan was nothing short of fantastic! Alan showed himself to be well-suited to teaching/instructive environments and tasks as he made lessons fun, engaging, and demonstrated a high degree of competence in both correcting bad habits of mine and even teaching me some new things without me becoming anxious or frustrated. Additionally, Advance Drive itself was incredibly accommodating with it's selection of dates and times suitable for a working professional such as myself. After passing the test on my first try with minimal issue, I cannot recommend them enough. 10 out of 10!

I cannot stress enough on how useful the EDTs as well as practice sessions have been for me. Simon and Brian gave very insightful feedback. The last few sessions with Flan were extremely helpful and he took great pain in helping me with the GMIT roundabout as well as with the reverse around the corner. Would highly recommend Advance Drive for the catagory D license, found the bus very smooth and easy to drive and the staff were very helpfull and friendly. Passed the test 1st time with their help.

Passed my D1 (minibus) driving test today after five hours of tuition with Dessie - a great teacher with a relaxed, professional approach which works well. I would recommend Advance Drive to anyone looking to pass a driving test first time - they know their stuff, they have all sorts of vehicles available and they run a professional operation.

I had Vas as my driving instructor and could not have asked for a better experience. He was so patient and informative, I felt he prepared me extremely well for my test! I passed my test on the first try! I would highly recommend him to anyone!

Thanks to advance drive and all there staff especially mike for giving me the lessons . He made it so easy for me to pass , Mike goes through everything very throughly and makes sure you are ready before you go for your test . It’s a good instructor that will get you to pass your test but a great instructor to get a clean sheet and that’s what Mike did . Thanks again to all of ye in advance, I can’t sing enough of your praises

Just passed my Rigid truck test today on first attempt, Cat C. I would like to thank my instructor Pj. An absolute gentleman and a pleasure to work with, excellent knowledge and made the whole experience enjoyable, Highly recommended to anyone looking for lessons.
