I got my jeep and trailer licence with Dezzie first go and couldn't be happier. He was very patient with me as I had no experience starting off and made sure I was confident and ready to pass when it came to my test. I have just completed my "C" Truck Licence and passed on the first attempt, thanks to PJ Dunne who is a phenomenal Truck Driving Instructor: Also I had great support and assistance in preparing for my CPC practical. The structure of the lessons are second to none. I really like the fact that I had a pre test hour before my test on the day, which prepared me well and settled my nerves ! I recently successfully completed my class D driving test. Training was provided by Advance Drive. I was lucky to have been paired with Noel one of the many instructors for the duration of my training. It was an enjoyable experience. Noel was so knowledgeable and he punctuated each lesson with pearls of wisdom and advice. He broke the whole driving process down to make it more readily understandable. All of the staff at Advance Drive were so professional from the very first day. There was a steady stream of emails and text messages to remind you of your driving lessons. After failing in my test in a different town, I decided to take lessons from Advance Drive. Vas was my instructor. I took only 5 lessons with him and gained my confidence back. He's very thorough and systematic. He is an excellent instructor. I wish I had taken all my mandatory lessons with him so I wouldn't have wasted my time and money at the first place. My driving lessons were disrupted by the recent health crisis, but once I joined up with Advance Drive and my instructor Martin, I flew through my remaining EDT's. Martin was a fantastic instructor and made me feel very comfortable getting back to driving as I was quite nervous. The in-house staff at advanced drive are very helpful, friendly and went out of their way to help me with any queries I had. Even if they did not have the answer at hand, they made sure to phone me back with the answer. It is a very professional and welcoming environment and despite the course being 3 months, it felt like 3 weeks. My instructor, Gerry Burke was a fantastic instructor. He was friendly, banterful yet firm and professional. We worked on the practical aspects of the bus course rigorously all while smiling and joking, and this ultimately made the test itself a breeze.

I just completed a 10 week GRETB bus drivers course. The course was managed and run by Advance Drive Galway . The course included ten two hour lessons. CPC training,first aid responders course and lifting and manual handling course. Advance Drive are a very professional organisation. I was very nervous when starting to learn to drive a bus. I had never driven a bus in my life! But the training and instruction I got was excellent. The information and advice I got from Vincent during the lessons on the road, were very accurate, and he made me feel completely at home when driving the bus. Hi all. I passed my cpc bus practical walk around test today in galway.. Just passed my D1 (minibus) test and CPC today on my FIRST attempt. My instructor Anton was very professional through the whole process and can't credit him enough on having me prepared, he is a great instructor and made the process very smooth and enjoyable. The team in the office were very supportive in assisting with the application process from Theory test to Driving test. I'd happily recommend Advance Drive for anyone who is looking to learn drive any vehicle.

I am delighted to say that I just passed my bus driving test. The teachers and driving instructors at Advance drive are very knowledgeable and professional. I was a bit nervous about the driving and the test preparation, but they were very patient. They encouraged and prepared me so well that I passed my test the first time. Colm was the best instructor I could have asked for! He was calm, patient, very friendly and has consistently provided constructive feedback that enabled me to correct mistakes without feeling discouraged. The advice I received will serve me throughout my driving career and beyond. Thanks to him, I passed my exam on the first attempt today! Couldn't recommend Colm enough, I wish everyone an instructor like him!!

I just passed my bus driving test today with Advance Drive. I am delighted with all the help and support I received from all members of the school, my tutors and my fantastic instructor Dezzie. The best in the country from start to finish great company I passed my rigid test back in January and today passed my artic test with advance drive from the girls in the office which are great help with everything i had dezzie for my artic lessons and he was brilliant very easy to get along with and could have the crack with can’t thank him enough for everything he showed me and to all the team in advance drive thank you
