I have just completed the 10 week category D driver training course with Advance Drive. I would highly recommend the company and the course to anyone. The staff are so welcoming, friendly and very professional. Everything is cover from, First Aid Responder, Manual handling, Case studies and CPC practical training along with the driving test itself. He had so much patience with me and never did I feel under massive pressure. He really helped me get to grips with areas I was having great dfficulty with. My driving lessons were disrupted by the recent health crisis, but once I joined up with Advance Drive and my instructor Martin, I flew through my remaining EDT's. Martin was a fantastic instructor and made me feel very comfortable getting back to driving as I was quite nervous. I feel both instructors had a different style of teaching and I definitely learned different things from each of them. I just completed a 10 week GRETB bus drivers course. The course was managed and run by Advance Drive Galway . The course included ten two hour lessons. CPC training,first aid responders course and lifting and manual handling course. Advance Drive are a very professional organisation. There staff and management were very friendly, supportive and efficient in everything they did. My instructor for the 10 weeks was Vincent Jennings. He was an excellent tutor with great patience. He really prepared me for my test, which I passed on my first attempt. I would highly recommend Advance Drive for anyone considering bus driving as a profession.

I am going to sound biased but I had noel for all my driving lessons for my rigid, what a guy!! What a pleasant experience , Noel puts you at ease straight away, his knowledge and experience is second to none! He doesn't get paid half enough and had plenty of patience with me!!! I'm so grateful for all his effort in helping me pass first time! I was more than prepared for my test! Thanks Noel 😁

Just passed my first driving test and I'm so happy. Pat was a very calm and patient instructor who helped me as I was nervous starting off. Then I had Noel who was very positive in the weeks coming up to my test. Both had excellent ways of teaching me good driving habits that I will always use. Thank you all at Advance Drive for teaching me how to drive but also accommodating me if I had to change my lesson times. 🙂
