I was very nervous when starting to learn to drive a bus. I had never driven a bus in my life! But the training and instruction I got was excellent. The information and advice I got from Vincent during the lessons on the road, were very accurate, and he made me feel completely at home when driving the bus. I recently successfully completed my class D driving test. Training was provided by Advance Drive. I was lucky to have been paired with Noel one of the many instructors for the duration of my training. It was an enjoyable experience. Noel was so knowledgeable and he punctuated each lesson with pearls of wisdom and advice. He broke the whole driving process down to make it more readily understandable. All of the staff at Advance Drive were so professional from the very first day. There was a steady stream of emails and text messages to remind you of your driving lessons. I am really happy for passing my driving test. Of course i would not have a change passing without Martin my instructor. A massive thanks for this man. I never drove in my life and also never had experience in driving at all until I started my lessons at Advance Drive School. I remember how bad i was with my driving skills. My driving lessons were disrupted by the recent health crisis, but once I joined up with Advance Drive and my instructor Martin, I flew through my remaining EDT's. Martin was a fantastic instructor and made me feel very comfortable getting back to driving as I was quite nervous. I felt relaxed with him & learnt something at every lesson. He's patient, very astute (misses nothing!) a good communicator and great instructor. Managed to pass my driving test first time. I'm 'over the moon!' I would certainly recommend Advance Drive to anyone in the process of choosing a driving school. Thanks to Philip, Ailbhe & all at Advance Drive.

Colm was the best instructor I could have asked for! He was calm, patient, very friendly and has consistently provided constructive feedback that enabled me to correct mistakes without feeling discouraged. Just passed my test first time today! Pat was a great instructor, put me at ease from my first lesson and more importantly I went into my test calm and prepared. Big thanks also to all in the office also who helped me book some last minute pre-test lessons. I'll be recommending advance drive to anyone I know who's thinking of applying for the driving test.

I can't recommend Advance Drive any higher, great staff and a great place to learn how to drive. I done the bus driver course and had Dezzie as my instructor, I both learned and enjoyed my time with Dezzie. If you are thinking of learning to drive a bus, truck or car then this is the place for you.
