I just completed a 10 week GRETB bus drivers course. The course was managed and run by Advance Drive Galway . The course included ten two hour lessons. CPC training,first aid responders course and lifting and manual handling course. Advance Drive are a very professional organisation. There staff and management were very friendly, supportive and efficient in everything they did. My instructor for the 10 weeks was Vincent Jennings. He was an excellent tutor with great patience. He really prepared me for my test, which I passed on my first attempt. I would highly recommend Advance Drive for anyone considering bus driving as a profession.

Dessie subtly gets the point across of the mistakes that you are making without making you feel bad about it. I recently successfully completed my class D driving test. Training was provided by Advance Drive. I was lucky to have been paired with Noel one of the many instructors for the duration of my training. It was an enjoyable experience. Noel was so knowledgeable and he punctuated each lesson with pearls of wisdom and advice. He broke the whole driving process down to make it more readily understandable. All of the staff at Advance Drive were so professional from the very first day. There was a steady stream of emails and text messages to remind you of your driving lessons. Finally passed my driving test yesterday. Could not recommend Advance Drive enough, my instructor Vas was incredibly patient and could always tell me exactly where I was going wrong and what I needed to do to fix it. He was so terrific and professional and told me exactly what I needed to do to get my license. Driving did not come naturally to me at all and I had absolutely no experience driving a car before starting lessons. Even so, I always felt comfortable and never worried that getting my license was unachievable, as the lessons were really tailored to what I needed. Passing a bus driving test on the first try is like a miracle and that miracle happened for me,thanks to the amazing training I received from my instructor Dezzie at Advance Drive School.Dezzie ia a very friendly and a very experienced instructor.I would highly recommend advance drive to anyone learning to drive a bus.

Just completed and passed my D licence with advance drive. I had vincent as my instructor. From the get go the service he put you at ease and explained everything in full. Made you laugh and made the lessons and enjoyable experience. Fun to one side. He was extremely informative and professional i was left with no doubt i was going to pass. I went into the test confident but grounded also by vincent. Highly recommend advance. Top top class experience.

I had a great experience with Advance Drive. Before starting lessons I was so unconfident on the road and now having passed my test, I feel I have improved so much. My instructor Vas, was always clear and encouraging to me, even in moments when I made mistakes. Highly recommended!
