I can't speak highly enough of the team at Advance Drive, I passed the HGV rigid first time with the help of Vincent who was the instructor. He was excellent, very professional, understanding and skillful with the patience of a saint. Philip and Gerry were excellent, they were very helpful and went out of their way to to accomodate me. Finally Aoife, I can only describe Aoife as an absolute little star and a real gem for Advance Drive. The structure of the lessons are second to none. I really like the fact that I had a pre test hour before my test on the day, which prepared me well and settled my nerves ! I cannot stress enough on how useful the EDTs as well as practice sessions have been for me. Simon and Brian gave very insightful feedback. The last few sessions with Flan were extremely helpful and he took great pain in helping me with the GMIT roundabout as well as with the reverse around the corner. I cannot reccomend Advance Drive enough for new drivers! After failing the test three times with other instructors I had lost all confidence in my driving abilities. And became a very nervous driver. I then went to Advance Drive where Noel became my new instructor. Noel changed my whole perspective on driving and the nerves went away. I received my bus Driving lessons from Vincent Jennings, Vincent is an excellent instructor with a lot of experience, He has a great ability to inform his student of what to do, and how to do it, while keeping the student relaxed. Vincent will concentrate on a students mistakes/errors, and will make the corrections. I highly recommend Vincent.

I got my rigid licence with Martin first go and couldn't be happier. Kept on my toes but also in the present moment where cool heads prevail. Made sure I was ready to pass and I did so thanks for that Martin you're a legend! As is the Advance Drive team with Aoife and Ailbhe who really kept things ticking along with great communication so you always know what's happening and when. Thank you you're the best! A positive experience from start to finish. Highly recommended!
