Found Advance Driving School to be very helpful and informative when making inquiries about getting a new category added to licence. I had a couple of truck driving lessons with Dessie and passed first time. Found Dessie to be very informative about all aspects of rules of the road as some of these had to be refreshed for me. He gave me great confidence and tips that I was able to recall in my head while taking my test. Could not Recommend higher! Waited all year to begin the Delivery Driver course which ended up being delayed due to Covid. Waited an extra 4 months and it was still worth the wait! All the staff were exceptional. My instructor, Mark, is the best driving instructor in Galway! I have him to thank for passing my test first go!

Can't thank the staff at Advance Drive enough, only for them I wouldn't have my truck licence. I would highly recommend them especially Mike (driving instructor), Trevor Bonner (Forklift instructor) and James Folan (Rules of the Road). Lee done most of my lessons, he's a strict instructor but good, always open to questions. I was fairly nervous on the run up to my driving test but Mike really helped, he gave me a mock test, it eased my nerves. I really enjoyed the HGV course. All the staff are lovely, very approachable and easy to talk to. I'd highly recommend Advance Drive, keep up the good work!

I had Vincent as my instructor and he is excellent would highly recommend him for anyone thinking off getting the bus or truck licence. The staff are very helpful from start to finish from meeting Phillip when you first join to Emma and Aoife and Lee who are always there to help with any questions you need answered. Ronald took us for cpc training and has years of experience and makes it easy to learn. Cant recommend Advance Drive highly enough.

Just passed my driving test. Could not have done it without the help and support of Advance Drive. My instructor, Adam, was fantastic. He had so much patience with me and never did I feel under massive pressure. He really helped me get to grips with areas I was having great dfficulty with. I was very nervous when starting to learn to drive a bus. I had never driven a bus in my life! But the training and instruction I got was excellent. The information and advice I got from Vincent during the lessons on the road, were very accurate, and he made me feel completely at home when driving the bus. Because of him I felt quite confident the day of the test, and so was delighted when I passed! with only one tick against me. I was absolutely delighted and really appreciated all the effort the Advance Drive Team gave to me. I would recommend them in a heart beat.

I would highly recommend Advance Drive. I found Philip, my Instructor very friendly, pacient and skilled driver. He was able to fit me in with only a week notice and I learn so much in a short space of time. Thanks Philip.

I received my bus Driving lessons from Vincent Jennings, Vincent is an excellent instructor with a lot of experience, He has a great ability to inform his student of what to do, and how to do it, while keeping the student relaxed. Vincent will concentrate on a students mistakes/errors, and will make the corrections. I highly recommend Vincent.
