Passed my D class bus licence test this week. I 'm convinced that it was down to the very professional team of people at Advanced Drive in Galway that I did so well in every aspect of the training. The training is both relaxed and very professional in the delivery. You find your self all of a sudden in about week 5 or 6 of the 10 week course having a very good understanding of what is required as a professional bus driver. Even more surprising you will be driving a D class Bus around Galway and Oranmore like it was your daily drive. That really impressed me! I just passed my test 2 days ago and it is all thanks to Vas. He is so patient and kind and makes sure you know everything before your test. Understandably, I was getting a bit nervous before my test and Vas calmed me down and told me I know everything and to just relax. I HIGHLY recommend Vas as a driving instructor.

I want to say a massive thank you to the Advance Drive team, especially Martin and Aoife. Firstly, every time I contacted advance drive I was greeted by Aoife who went over and beyond to help as much she could in regards to lessons, booking me in, changing slots and replying to emails. However, I owe a huge thanks to Martin, my instructor for all my 22 lessons! From start to finish he gave it his all, and I couldn’t have asked for a better teacher. I have just completed the 10 week category D driver training course with Advance Drive. I would highly recommend the company and the course to anyone. The staff are so welcoming, friendly and very professional. Everything is cover from, First Aid Responder, Manual handling, Case studies and CPC practical training along with the driving test itself. My instructor "Mike" is a pure gentleman and has the patience of a Saint he made me feel at ease right from the start. As a transgender woman I'm always ony guard but it absolutely was not an issue from the get go. I will highly recommend Advance Drive in Galway to everyone.

Passed my driving test after few hours with Vas from Advance drive. He is absolutely amazing! So much patience and understanding! Due to covid, my learning lasted 2 years, I changed 4 different instructors from different driving schools. Vas made it all possible, I wouldn't be driving without him! I am really happy for passing my driving test. Of course i would not have a change passing without Martin my instructor. A massive thanks for this man. I never drove in my life and also never had experience in driving at all until I started my lessons at Advance Drive School. I remember how bad i was with my driving skills. I was scared and afraid of driving too. But Martin supported me from the start and gave his best to help me to improve my skills and my confidence. During my lessons i could learn so much and practice a lot. Every 2 hour lessons helped me to build my confidence and fix all my mistakes. I would highly recommend advance drive. I done the rigid, artic, and the bus with the lads and flew thru all the tests with there help. Between the good gear that they have and the great instructors it's no wonder they have a high pass rate!

A massive thanks to Advance Drive for the brilliant service, especially to Lee for being an extremely patient and efficient instructor. Thank you for helping me develop and improve my driving skills, which allowed me to pass my bus test on my first attempt, and for squeezing me in for early morning lessons. Lee is a good instructor who is brilliant at instilling confidence in all areas of driving. He always gives constructive feedback throughout the lessons. I cannot recommend Lee enough for learner drivers of different levels of ability and confidence. He is an incredibly supportive mentor for anyone who wants to learn.
