Mid 40s and passed my test first time, now I can drive my 9mth old baby myself. Thanks to Martin teaching me while I was heavily pregnant and after I had the baby, his infinite patience and tolerance kept me going. Thanks to Corey for my lessons nearing test time, a kinder man you could not meet, super with "how to's" that I could understand. Carla was so good at accomodating me while on maternity leave, juggling a newborn and lessons.

I recently passed my BE trailer test. Coming as a complete beginner, Martin and the Advance Drive staff, were so accommodating when it came to lesson times, and booking the vehicle for the test, to passing my test first time!
Completing the 7 hour course ensured a smooth, stress-free experience making sure I was prepared going into the test centre.

I cannot stress enough on how useful the EDTs as well as practice sessions have been for me.
Simon and Brian gave very insightful feedback. The last few sessions with Flan were extremely helpful and he took great pain in helping me with the GMIT roundabout as well as with the reverse around the corner.
The office staff is brilliant in handling all the requests, cancellations and rescheduling of the sessions.
The entire team is highly professional and supportive.

Patience and outstanding communication from the instructor with superior knowledge of not only what he was teaching but of what I was going to do next. (17/04/14) Looked at a number of other driving schools before choosing Advance Drive. I'm glad I went with my 'gut instinct' & chose this one. Philip did a great job of teaching me. I had Declan as an instructor and he was a straightforward and practical shooter. I found the 2 hour format much more effective for developing my driving as there are always car checks and initial jitters starting a session, then the second hour really beds in good driving habit.

Noel was patient and prudent.
He instructed me well. I was low on confidence when it came to driving, but within the first few classes, I was comfortable enough with him to overcome that fear.

Dessie subtly gets the point across of the mistakes that you are making without making you feel bad about it. My driving instructor was Declan and he is a very good profesional and knows his job well. He explains everything very clear and in a very understandable way and he has a great patience. He is a very good teacher. I have changed many different driving instructors. I can say, that Declan always gives a very good examples from everyday life . I just passed my Category D (Bus) with Advance Drive. Lee was excellent with providing me with enough knowledge needed to be a safe and competent road user (the very skills needed to pass the driving test). By test day, I could see my confidence soaring comparing the first day I got behind the wheel.
I can honestly say I never went into a driving test as comfortable, relaxed and confident as I did today, all thanks to Lee's professionalism and experience.

I highly recommend Advance Drive, Corey was a great instructor and Emma in the office accommodated my lessons with pretty short notice. I passed my test on the first try and that was definitely down to the help of Corey. Thanks a mill for all your help!
