I cannot stress enough on how useful the EDTs as well as practice sessions have been for me. Simon and Brian gave very insightful feedback. The last few sessions with Flan were extremely helpful and he took great pain in helping me with the GMIT roundabout as well as with the reverse around the corner. My driving lessons were disrupted by the recent health crisis, but once I joined up with Advance Drive and my instructor Martin, I flew through my remaining EDT's. Martin was a fantastic instructor and made me feel very comfortable getting back to driving as I was quite nervous. After a few lessons with him, my confidence grew leaps and bounds and with just three extra lessons after the essential ones, I passed my test the first time! I had Declan as an instructor and he was a straightforward and practical shooter. I found the 2 hour format much more effective for developing my driving as there are always car checks and initial jitters starting a session, then the second hour really beds in good driving habit.

I passed my Cat D License FIRST TIME around with the help of a great team including Vincent on the Driving lessons , Ronald and Gerry on CPC / Health and Safety. The back up in the office from Aoife and Emma is first class with reminder emails and texts to make sure everyone knows what , when and where they are at . Couldn't fault any of the staff .Thankyou everyone. I would highly recommend !

My whole experience from start to finish with the crew at advanced drive was second to none when going for my rigid driving test. The girls in the office were brilliant to deal with when scheduling and rescheduling lessons. PJ Dunne is an exceptional instructor and made sure I was well prepared for my test today. I’m delighted to have passed with huge thanks to PJ and everyone at Advanced Drive. Highly recommended for any sort of lessons you’d require.

Mid 40s and passed my test first time, now I can drive my 9mth old baby myself. Thanks to Martin teaching me while I was heavily pregnant and after I had the baby, his infinite patience and tolerance kept me going.
