I had a great experience with Advance Drive i done my bus a few years ago with Lee and last month I went and passed my Rigid with Martin and had Noel for my pre test really good lads very easy to get on with and very helpful, and the girls in the office always went above and beyond with any questions I had. I have just completed the 10 week category D driver training course with Advance Drive. I would highly recommend the company and the course to anyone. The staff are so welcoming, friendly and very professional. Everything is cover from, First Aid Responder, Manual handling, Case studies and CPC practical training along with the driving test itself. My instructor "Mike" is a pure gentleman and has the patience of a Saint he made me feel at ease right from the start. As a transgender woman I'm always ony guard but it absolutely was not an issue from the get go. I will highly recommend Advance Drive in Galway to everyone.

I was very nervous when starting to learn to drive a bus. I had never driven a bus in my life! But the training and instruction I got was excellent. The information and advice I got from Vincent during the lessons on the road, were very accurate, and he made me feel completely at home when driving the bus. Because of him I felt quite confident the day of the test, and so was delighted when I passed! with only one tick against me. I was absolutely delighted and really appreciated all the effort the Advance Drive Team gave to me. I would recommend them in a heart beat.

Dessie subtly gets the point across of the mistakes that you are making without making you feel bad about it. Advance Drive was a great option to complete my EDT in the way to obtain the Irish driving license. Very responsive and proffesionals, Emma and Aoife were great in supporting the classes scheduling and booking the car for the day of the test. For me it was very valuable the offered service to book the same car to take the exam. My instructor Pat was brilliant and patient in guiding me in the introduction to Ireland's driving rules and correcting me some bad driving habits!. He gave me very good tips, that I took, and I am very happy to have passed the driving test today!

I can't recommend Advance Drive any higher, great staff and a great place to learn how to drive. I done the bus driver course and had Dezzie as my instructor, I both learned and enjoyed my time with Dezzie. If you are thinking of learning to drive a bus, truck or car then this is the place for you.

An excellent experience throughout, from Aoife in the front office, keeping taps on the paperwork to Noel on the driving lessons and Ronnie with the CPC Modules, every staff member was professional, knowledgeable and dealt with every complication with ease. The instructors have decades worth of real world experience which often added that invaluable extra level of knowledge that the text books just don’t contain.
